I'm just leaving a review to clear the Etsy notification. The seller agreed to a return/refund when one of the grommet and leather piece for the lobster clasp fell off due to oversight as soon as I put the bag on. Although she suggested getting it locally repaired by a shoemaker, I opted to return the bag due to the faulty construction of the grommet and concerns about long-term durability. I also don’t live within reasonable distance to a shoemaker/bag restoration specialist so requiring one would have been an expensive effort to maintain in the long run. Nonetheless, this was a beautiful bag in person and I was sad it wasn’t the bag for me.

Hello! I apologize for the inconvenience. What really happened was that I forgot to press one of the rivets (I pressed it once I got the bag back and now it is perfectly usable). I proposed you to fix it with a shoemaker (I would have payed the cost) since you tell me you loved it. I addition it is a very easy to fix it, even with a hammer it was feasible to do it by yourself. It is a pity that finally you couldn't enjoy the bag.

Pretty much as expected. It would be nice if there was an option with depth in the dimension to the bag or that there was access to the inner pocket when folded over. The bag has not seen much use yet, but it's a nice bag.
