I don't. The items I feature are typically one of a kind. Quite a bit of work goes into photographing and documenting the condition and detail. These are used, vintage items and most of them aren't in perfect condition. That's what makes them wonderful to me!

If your package is damaged, please let me know right away and take pictures of the product and interior and exterior shots of the packaging. Keep all packing materials and the item so that I can file for insurance reimbursement through the USPS. When I am reimbursed, I will be able to refund you.

If for any reason a return is accepted the buyer will be responsible for return postage with no exception.

Simply because all computer and device screens are calibrated differently. I photograph each item with professional equipment and fine tune each photo to make sure that the correct colors are represented. But you may still see slight differences when you view it on your computer or device and there isn't much I can do to fix that.

Though my packages are typically shipped within 24 hours, I reserve the right to ship at any time.

Etsy provides a predicted shipping date at time of purchase. However, there are circumstances that impact the time and date of shipping such as availability of packing materials, use of alternate carriers and adverse weather conditions.

The seller has no control of the box after the box is delivered to a qualified shipping agent and assumes no responsibility for the date of delivery.

All orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

If an item must be received by a certain date, please message me and we can discuss shipping upgrades or alternate carriers in order to get your item to you.

Please contact me immediately. If I haven't shipped the package, it's easy to change. If the package has been dispatched to the carrier, I am unable to reroute a package and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to retrieve the item, if possible. If the package is returned to me you will have the option of paying for it to be reshipped to you at the correct address. You will have to pay full shipping again. I am not reimbursed by the carriers for wrong addresses.

The Etsy shipping confirmation email contains the package tracking number. It's the buyers responsibility to track the package and make arrangements for its arrival at the anticipated time. If the buyer is unable to be present to accept the package at delivery the buyer should call the shipper to arrange for a hold.

The buyer should contact the shipping agent to report a lost, stolen or missing box, call the police to file a report, call Etsy directly at 844-659-3879 to report the package lost, stolen or missing, and email the owner through Etsy email. There is no insurance coverage for a lost, stolen, or missing box. The shop owner does not reimburse a lost, stolen or missing order.

Items returned for no reason and with no contact or conversation with the seller will be returned to inventory and resold. No refund of any kind will be given.

In the best interest of the buyer and the seller, all conversations must go through Etsy messaging. Messages are typically answered within an hour. E mails and phone calls will not be answered.

It doesn't. Free shipping applies to the lower 48 states only.

Packing slips are emailed and not included in the shipment unless the item is marked as a gift. If you would like a printed packing slip, just leave me a note on your order and I’ll be happy to include one.

International purchases from outside of the United States are subject to import fees. Though procedures vary by country, deliveries are usually held for payment. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Non payment of fees or refusal of delivery will cause the package to return to me. Though you're always welcome to pay for shipping again (it'll be cleanly inspected and repacked), no refunds for product or shipping will be given.
