The bookends are beautiful with touches of gold that reflect in the light in addition to the black. I didn’t have a particular look I’m mind, so I’m quite happy with the appearance. I did request something closer to the 5lb on the 3-5lb scale because the book sets I wanted them for are substantial enough in weight and thickness that a bookend weighing 1.5lb (if a set was 3lb) was not going to be as effective. This is my second order from this shop and both times I’ve been very happy with the shipping and outcome.

Beautiful bookends, good quality and packaged very well to arrive undamaged. I love being able to pick the exact ones I want! I ordered three pairs in different colors and just ordered two more after I started getting my bookshelves rearranged and ran out of bookends.
