Wizard School Acceptance Letter, Personalized, Real Wax Seal, Invitation

Each personalized acceptance letter for the school of witchcraft and wizardry is completed 1-3 business days of ordering (please take into account when you order Friday through Sunday, including USA federal holidays on Friday or Monday, as those are not business days). We proudly source authentic parchment at 90 gsm for each letter, so it feels like the description in the book!

VERY IMPORTANT: the personalization DOES NOT mean it will be shipped to that address. Be aware of your shipping address when you check out to make sure it’s going where you want it to go.

Rush orders - "Rush" only means you get put to the front of the production schedule. It does not mean that you will receive faster shipping. You will still need to purchase faster shipping if you need it, especially if you need to receive it within three days or less. If you order after 10 am on Thursday or later, your letter may or may not be sent out until the following Monday, depending on my schedule.

Feather Pen - when ordering just the pen, please put "just the pen" or something similar in the personalization box.

"+Calligraphy" - what does it mean?? I am a professional calligrapher, and if you choose this option, I will hand-write in archival quality metallic green ink the recipient's name at the top of the letter (honorific plus their last name). This option is not included in the Rush option, but you can purchase faster shipping when checking out, in order to receive your order faster.

Gift option: Marking your acceptance letter as a gift doesn't change anything other than the packing slip, as there is no difference in how the letter is fulfilled. You CAN choose the Brown Paper Wrap option, though, for the added touch of making the letter look like it's being delivered via Owl Post! Please see the description below for details.

•••• Each acceptance letter is for one person. Please be prepared to purchase one letter or package per person. We do not sell separate tickets or other items that come with each letter. Please understand that this is our policy.

•••• I *do not* modify the text of the letter at all, except for Lost Owls for adults or children (one extra sentence describes how the owl got lost on the way for their 11th birthday, etc.). Customization happens with the name and address of the recipient, and the complimentary free pre-written note if desired (see below). If you want a fully custom-written owl post letter, I have a wonderful option for you in my shop!

•••• Free Extra note from you the giver, OR from the Headmaster himself or the Deputy Headmistress! If you want a complimentary pre-written note to be included, please let me know in the personalization area. Write your own if you wish, but if you're unsure what to say, I am happy to use a pre-written note typeset as if you wrote it in wizard handwriting, and include it with the train ticket in the envelope tucked in with the letter. The note can include happy birthday wishes, say Happy Christmas or <insert holiday here>, or you can write one of your choosing. For any note if you write one, please keep it to a SHORT 2-3 sentences maximum please. If you want to know what the pre-written note says, please send me a message through Etsy's message system. Also please understand that pre-written notes do not contain specific dates.

IMPORTANT: If the complimentary (free) note you write is longer than 2-3 short sentences, an additional $17 design fee per letter will be added to the order and requested to be paid before it gets shipped.

••• The Birthday option is usually combined with the theme park announcement, and I have several pre-written notes to help... I just need your theme park name. Or, you can write it yourself, but *please* keep it to maximum two sentences to keep it short.

Here's is the Classic/Basic option that you will get with EVERY acceptance letter:
*** The personalized letter, list of school supplies, class schedule, AND a gold foil train ticket, all sealed with a real wax seal featuring the wizard school crest. This option is sent in a hard kraft envelope with no markings other than the shipping label.

Choose your add-on:

*** Basic+Owl Post Kit (OPK) - the Basic plus an Owl Post Kit featuring three pages of real parchment, a feather quill (ball point pen for ease of use), and original art Owl Post stamps created by Kristen, including a reminder sticker to feed the owl upon delivery. This owl post kit is not available anywhere else but this shop. This option is sent in a box with no markings other than the shipping label.

*** Basic+Brown Paper Wrapping (BPW) - the Basic plus an extra special touch! The letter is hand wrapped in brown paper, tied with packaging string, and secured with an additional real wax seal (not a sticker style!), plus original art owl post stamps showing its journey from the school, through Scotland, to its destination. Lots of fun and it adds an extra layer of realism! This option is sent in a hard kraft envelope with no markings other than the shipping label.

*** Deluxe Version - you get it all together for an extra special presentation! This version comes with the letter, train ticket, class schedule, owl post kit, brown paper wrap with village of origin and magical world rubber stamp cancellations, and owl post stamps. This option is sent in a box with no markings other than the shipping label.

*****First and Last *FULL* names***** - NO MIDDLE NAMES PLEASE, or it will slow me down trying to figure it out.
- Please hyphenate or indicate if the person has two last names, or two first names, so it's clear when I design and produce the letter.
Bedroom Location (NOTE: PLEASE KEEP IT SHORT - 35characters with spaces is the maximum. If the length of the location description is longer than 35 characters, it will be edited for space)
