I ordered this rain coat before Christmas and I live in Hawaii. This seller (Isabela) went out of her way to get it shipped out so that it arrived before Christmas. She promised that if it did not get here by December 23rd she would return it. Well, on the 24th I informed her it had not arrived. She immediately refunded me the money. The raincoat ended up arriving on the 27th. She honored her promise and refunded the money. I would buy from her again as she is a sincere, honest, and generous seller. I appreciate this noble integrity in the marketplace; the product was just what I sought.

A bit darker colour than in picture, arrived a bit later tha expected but it was worth to wait. Good quality and great style. Arrived in nice small bag. Seller communicated well and helped to find the delivery location.
