All BRENNMORE styles are carefully handmade in our London Studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends) before we ship your order.

We offer TOTALLY- FREE CUSTOM DESIGN & ENGRAVING SERVICE

We will be happy to help with any design you have in mind or help you to recreate a piece you owned and lost. Any image or even a sketch will be useful.

We will send you a rendered image and design image with the measurements for your approval before we go ahead and start production on the piece.

We can also update our rings according to your engagement and solitaire rings to stack well.

You can cancel your order within the first 24 HOURS after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.

USPS and Royal Mail take about 1-2 days to update tracking initially.

I needed to change my order after purchasing because my ring size has changed since I lost weight. They were super helpful and the ring fits perfect now and is gorgeous. I’m only giving 4 stars because the ring isn’t very thick and isn’t as heavy as I thought it should be. Being real gold and paying that much for the ring I feel as though it should be a bit thicker, heavier, and just overall more durable feeling. But it is a beautiful ring nonetheless and I would still purchase from this shop again. I have my eye on another!
