How do you grade your seconds/B-grade items?

I have a high standard of quality, but ultimately, I grade by roughly a half arm's length away. I can not guarantee collector-grade (100% immaculate) products, especially since my wares are meant to be worn or displayed, but everything is inspected both upon arrival to me and before shipment to you! You can see what sorts of things I consider B-grade material in any listing featuring such products. Any items I would actually consider a little "messed up" go to C grade, which are very rare.

There were problems with delivery because my address was wrong

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their address is correct! I double-check all unverified addresses with the customer via Direct Message. I am not responsible for packages lost due to customer error. If your package is returned to me and you'd like it mailed again, you will have to pay for shipping a second time. If you'd instead like a refund, you will only be refunded the cost of the items and not the cost of shipping (even on orders with "free" shipping). The USPS does not refund me for labels after they ship, even if the destination address was wrong!

My sticker order says "Pre-Transit" and it's been a few days now. Can you send a replacement?

This is most common with letter mail, but it can happen to anything. Where first-class shipping is done through USPS and is always scanned, I ship stickers in envelopes via Letter Mail which is effectively the same as sending it with stamps. This tracking is handled through Etsy instead and sometimes your sticker makes its entire journey without being scanned once! Everything here ships next-day except Sundays, so if it's been 48 hours and your package still says pre-transit, it's on the move but USPS is simply not scanning it. Sit tight!

Can you pack my order for TikTok?

I placed an order but changed my mind, can you cancel?

Orders are processed every day, and shipped the next day (except on Sundays as the USPS is closed). If I haven't packed your order yet I can cancel it, however once your order is packed and shipping is paid for, I do not take cancellations. There's no "safety net" period of time between when you order and when it's packed, if you order while I happen to already be packing orders, it will be packed near-immediately. tl;dr Please have your mind 100% made up by the time you check out, I cannot guarantee I can cancel your order once you confirm it!

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

I do not, I apologize! If a package arrives damaged, we can investigate with USPS and go from there. If you change your mind about a product however, I do not offer returns or exchanges. Please make sure your items and order details are correct before placing an order.
