My rating of the item quality is mainly due to the vase looking different from the picture and my expectations. The pictures, in my view, did not show that the vase would be spray-painted silver inside and on the outer top rim of the vase. However, the seller was very prompt and professional, exactly the customer service I would hope from a good shop. Even though I'm slightly disappointed about the product, the service was excellent, and I accept that the occasional disappointment with a product is within the nature of online purchases.
