What happens if my order has no arrived in the estimated timeframe?

If your order had not arrived within the estimated delivery . time, please wait one more week to allow the postal service time to reroute the mail back to me in case it was undeliverable. If nothing shows up after that extra week, you can message me here on Etsy or email me at btalacatolos@gmail.com and I will try my best to figure something out with you! I have a window of 30 days after your delivery estimate to help you with order related issues. If you do not contact me within this window, I will be unable to assist you due to the amount of time that has passed and post offices not being able to provide any assistance.

Can ask for a resend for my item if it was lost during the delivery process?

International stamped mail are ineligible for resends due to the risk of being lost again. Please use choose the upgraded shipping option in order to get it tracked by the postal service.
