How do I download my digital files?

Once your payment is processed, Etsy will provide instant access to your files. You can download them from your Etsy Purchases & Reviews page. Please note that downloads are not available through the Etsy app—use a web browser on a computer or mobile device instead.

I can’t find my download. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble finding your files, check your Etsy email for a confirmation message with a download link. You can also access them by going to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews on Etsy. If you still need help, feel free to message me!

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any issues with your files, please reach out, and I’ll be happy to help!

Can I use these files for commercial purposes?

Unless otherwise stated, my digital products are for personal use only. If you’re interested in a commercial license, please message me to discuss options.

Can I edit the files after downloading?

Most of my files are provided in PDF or PNG format, which are not directly editable. However, if an item is designed for customization (such as a Canva template), I’ll include instructions on how to edit it. If you need modifications, feel free to ask!

I purchased a Canva template, but the link isn’t working. What should I do?

If the Canva link isn’t working, send me a message, and I’ll provide a new link as soon as possible.

Do you take custom orders?

At this time, I do not offer fully custom designs. However, I’m happy to make small adjustments to existing products—just message me before purchasing!

Can I print these files?

Yes! My digital downloads are designed to be high-quality for printing at home or at a print shop. I recommend using high-quality paper for the best results.
