DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY BOX, ENVELOPE, ITEMS, INTERIOR PACKAGING OR IT WILL VOID YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM!!! How do I return a damaged item? Buyers can contact us in regards to this and we can file a claim. They are now requiring that you bring in all parts of a damaged package and items File a PS Form 3831 ; DO NOT throw anything away! We do not accept cancellations due to the post office damaging or losing packages under any circumstance. You will get a reshipment of your items once claim is approved. *** Purchase outside of the United States, only your shipping insurance or refund of the items are available as a resolution. If you no longer want the item and want a refund, you are required to ship items back at your cost.

A Girls Gems does NOT accept returns for Pierced jewelry for any reason. ================================================================ If you return, or seek a refund on a transaction that satisfied the purchase requirement of a free shipping coupon, your promotional credit may be automatically invalidated if you return any item that goes under the $60 limit. Should we not have an item or you cancel or return anything from your cart that applied a discount, free shipping coupon, the coupon will be automatically deleted and you will pay full price shipping. We do not accept any cancellations of any orders once it has been processed. If an order is unprocessed, we will absolutely do a cancellation.

SHOP POLICY CONTINUED - Return of Damaged items or items missing

We will require pictures of the individual items as well as the package they came in and the envelope as this is a requirement of our shop as well as the USPS or Etsy Insurance policy. Please message us of the problem along with pictures. Items damaged or not as described will need to be returned and shipped back to us or brought in to the post office. If anyone refuses to to return items, send pictures, verify the package details or shipping address within 7 days, we will not accept a return and no refund will be given. We have cameras in the shipping area to further assist with claims of what was shipped out to our customers.

All Jewelry Items are custom made and personalized to your order and they are not refundable. To Measure for Bracelet or Necklace: Wrap a string around your wrist/neck to where you want it to be and mark the string. Lay the string out flat and measure it with a ruler and that is the length you need in inches. You can adjust it up on your bracelet if you like it to be lose. If ordering a toggle bracelet, you will always need to add .075-1.15 inches to adjust for the size of the toggle bar. When you order a bracelet or necklace our shop policy requires that you measure your wrist or necklace size.

My Jewelry Bracelet or Necklace Broke, Do You Offer Repairs? Yes, we do offer repairs free of charge if you broke your beaded bracelet or necklace within the first 30 days. You would simply need to ship ALL parts of the jewelry back to us and pay for shipping it back. If you broke a clasp or a chain on your jewelry, we can make a repair once you purchase a replacement part. You can message us for more details.

Gold Filled jewelry is made by wrapping layers of solid gold (14K, 12K, or 18K) sheets around a base metal that is bonded. Unlike gold plated jewelry, gold filled jewelry actually has a measurable amount of gold in it.

Notes Regarding Chains: All of our chains are cut in a continuous chain unless it is the end of a roll. We do not cut 10 feet in 1 foot sections. Any 925 Sterling Silver or Silver plated chains will tarnish over time when exposed to air. We suggest keeping your chains in a sealed jewelry bag to help prevent this. I'm sorry chains are not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend you try a foot sample before large purchases. Stainless steel chains come in gold or silver and are known for their non tarnishing properties. We don't control the colors, where gold may be applied on tight weave or small chains. All of our 14 K Gold Filled chains, charms, or findings are Genuine 14/20 Gold Filled. To be called gold filled by US LAW, the plating needs to be very very thick, at least 5% of weight.
