No returns or refunds on bespoke/personalised purchases. For non-custom or 'standard' product returns, you have 14 days from receiving the item to let me know & 28 days to return it in it’s original condition. Where replacement /refunds are agreed, they'll be processed after the item has been returned & received in its original, unused condition. Proof of posting must be obtained from the post office in case of lost items in transit, as this will provide some insurance protection. I will not be responsible for refunding returns which do not arrive back to me! Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 💭 Do you do Custom orders? 💯👍🏻

Yes! If you want a different colour, size, or some variation on a product that I have in my shop, then yes, absolutely. Most requests are easily accommodated. The processing time might be a little longer if I need to order in materials that I don't already have in stock, but drop me a message with your ideas. If I can, I will. But, if you want me to make something completely new that isn't in my shop already... 'design a purple polka dot needle felted unicorn' for example... well, that might not be as do-able. It's worth an ask... but I prefer my customers to be confident about what the end result will look like & be able to show you examples ... So if its a design I've never done before, that's not usually possible.

💡My lights aren’t working as expected?💔

I want every customer to LOVE what they bought, so if you’re not happy, I will work with you - either a replacement or a return. No problem at all. I value every customer and want them to value what they received from me. I test every set of lights to make sure you have a high quality product that I would be happy with myself. If your lights aren't operating as they should - 9 times out of 10, there’s a fixable reason. Rechargeable batteries, for example, will give poor, dim results & may even not light up at all. There are also some specific kinds of rechargeables / long life batteries which will light, but could shorten the life of your product -so I do not recommend them. Please message me if you're having any kind of problem at all.

🌦️ Can your wreaths/ lights be used outdoors? ⛈️

🦊The WREATHS are recommended for indoor only. Needle felt doesn't play well with weather. If you have a covered porch, that won't get any rain, then short term they might be ok - but long term the moisture in the air can cause issues or you may get sun fade. The lights on the wreaths are also not waterproof. 🎄FAIRY LIGHTS - there is a Remote Control AA battery pack option which is splashproof. I recommend those for outdoor events which might get a downpour. Especially if you know you might not get around to taking them down for a few days. I do not recommend positioning them outdoors permanently. My lights are made with fabric - so sunfade, rain damage, wind tear etc are possible if they are left out in all weathers for the long term.

🔌 Do you make your lights as an electrical plug in option? ⚡

Because I sell internationally, where plug/voltage etc varies with each region, I only do the low voltage options such as battery and USB. The thicker cords that are typical of higher voltage 'plug in' lights do not work well with my designs either, so it's not something I can do as a custom 'one off'. I do however offer a low voltage USB option - this *can* be run on mains power using a quality USB adaptor plug, like the kind you may have with your phone charger. (I do not sell these electrical adaptor plugs myself - make sure to buy from a trusted electrical source) Some people also power them using a chargeable power pack - like the kind you might have to top up your mobile phone charge - if you need them to be portable.

✂️ My lights look delicate, are they paper? 📜

No, none of my lights are made with paper. They're made with various fabrics - though I can understand why some designs might be mistaken for paper. Some of the leaf lights have a middle layer of non woven interfacing which is crisp - feels papery. It's this layer which stops the cut fabric shapes from fraying & keeps the little leaves from being floppy, which is how fabric would behave on its own. They do look delicate, but they are tougher than they look. I test the fabric I use to make sure the rainproof variations can cope with unexpected rain & getting soaked - I need my lights to be versatile enough to be used for outdoor weddings or parties, for example - they all withstood my tests perfectly, which of course, paper wouldn't do 😊

This rustic autumn garland is perfect as both a seasonal & year round decoration. Would make a gorgeous wedding decoration, or party centrepiece on a wall, bookshelf or over a fireplace.
Comes with a choice of leaves, wool felt beads & needle felted toadstools strung onto a natural jute string for a tactile cottagecore / farmhouse look. Your garland decorations are held in place by the string, but can be moved closer or farther apart for the look that you want.
Please note - Garland will be sent with all the decorations threaded in such a way as to prevent tangling en route - you can move the ornaments to the spacing you require. An extra long length of string will be sent to allow for adjustments. Therefore the garland length listed are approximate, as they can be made shorter or longer to suit your taste.

Mixed colours of beads, leaves and pumpkins/toadstools will vary, but will be in complimentary autumnal tones.

'The Wonky Fox' is inspired by the rescue foxes that live in sanctuary here on my woodland property. The first pair came to me via a fox rescue that I was a volunteer with as they needed specialist care and a sanctuary home & I had both the experience and the space to offer them what they needed. Since then, another little fox cub has joined them. Their conditions & disabilities mean they are unreleasable, but they are utterly adorable and sweet natured animals who deserve a happy contented life, which I do everything in my power to give them. They are both my bosses and my muses, and all sales from my etsy shop help towards their care, as well as habitat enrichment in our wildlife friendly woodland which is home to many species of animals, including our very own badger sett, wild fox family, muntjac deer, roe deer, owls, bats, weasels, newts, rabbits and hares, lots of songbirds including some red list species & we even have an occasional otter drop by. :)
