Beautiful shoes! Leather was a little bit stiff when I first put them on, but softened up quickly. Delivery was very quick. I originally ordered a size too small (my fault measuring incorrectly), but it was quick and easy to organise a replacement pair in a bigger size. I sent the smaller pair back at my own cost (which I had expected), but the replacement pair were shipped to me very quickly at no extra cost.
