How long does it take to ship my cases?

All case orders (custom or not) take 2 weeks to process. Your order will be shipped 2 weeks from the date of your purchase date. We guarantee that your order will be processed and shipped in a timely manner (all information must be provided for faster service).

Custom and personalized orders

Yes! We'd love to design or even add your own logo to your custom cases. Send us a message with your ideas, logo, and a description of what you're looking for.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do offer a gift card with purchase. You must mark the order as a gift and leave a message with your name. A gift card with your message will be printed on the card and nicely place in a sealed pink envelope.

Wholesale availability

If you have a name logo PLEASE write it in the PERSONALIZATION box DO NOT MESSGAE US. If you have a picture based logo only send after you have checked out with order # in the message system. We do not design logo's so please have your logo ready.

Orders can take up to 3-5 days (Business Hours: Monday-Friday 9am -6pm EST) to process and 2-5 days shipping. Our processing time is standard for all orders and does NOT apply to express shipping. If you choose express shipping at checkout that does NOT apply to the processing time which is still 3-5 days.

You have 3 days after the time of your purchase date to cancel your order. Custom orders are NOT REFUNDABLE. Also please read our return & exchange policy before purchasing. All non-custom orders will be subject to a mandatory $20 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund. In order for us to process your return your package MUST be in its original packaging, unopened, and untouched. All packages are wrapped to protect from virus and other elements. This will be in effect while we deal with covid-19.
