Order Processing for custom orders usually takes 1 day and then production which takes typically 2-4 days max. Orders that are not customized go to production within the same day of ordering. It is very rare that orders don't ship within 5 days of being placed.

Custom and personalized orders

We can customize or personalize any order. Please just click message seller to start the customization process and we will respond as soon as possible, typically within a couple hours. We pride ourselves on being very responsive to you!

Please be sure to look at each listing for sizing of that particular listing. If you are unsure of what size to select, we recommend measuring some of your shirts and comparing that to the sizing guide in the listing. For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up at least 2 sizes.

Care instructions are listed in each of the listings. Typically it is nothing out of the norm for any of your current clothing. We own many of our products and wash them just like any other clothing.

Please check each listing for the return policy. We typically do not accept returns for customized items. If we make a mistake in the customization we will gladly send a replacement with the correct customization :) Please note that we do not facilitate returns or exchanges for issues related to color or size preferences. If you have issues with your order, please reach out to us through Etsy and we will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase! If you ordered more than one item, depending on design and shirt, it may be shipped separately and you will receive more than one package. Please allow 1-3 business days from the time an item shipped for movement to show on your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you.

If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour from your purchase. If the order has already been produced SouthernSoulsCoApp is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
