Custom and personalized orders

All monogrammed options are typically a 5-business day turnaround. If you need an item sooner, I am always happy to accommodate when I can - just message me! For fully custom items, a turnaround time when items are needed should always be discussed before ordering.

Do my files expire? How many times can I download?

All files are able to be edited and downloaded up to 5 times and expire 90 days after purchase. If you need access beyond that time frame or additional downloads, I am always happy to help, provided the items are being used for personal use.

Printed Products: A proof is sent with all printed products and custom orders. After customer approval, refunds will not be given, unless there is an error with the actual physical printing. Digital Products: Refunds are available for digital products that have not been downloaded. Once downloaded, refunds will not be provided.
