Why is a phone number required?

Parcels shipped via express services like Dhl or FedEx require a phone number. Express deliveries are handed over in person against a signature.

I cannot track my Parcel

Parcels shipped with international post have limited tracking and take a bit longer than parcels shipped in express mode. I am able to offer cheap international shipping for smaller and lighter orders via international post. I request you to bear with me and reach out to me in case of delays.

What about customs duty?

Buyers in the EU zone may be asked to pay customs duty at the time of delivery even though the orders are VAT paid. The customs in Europe charge vat and customs duty on imported orders. The buyer is responsible to pay customs duty.

I wish to cancel my order. What is the process?

I do not accept cancellations. In case, you accidentally placed an order to a wrong address, there is a restocking fee of 20% + sales tax or vat paid. This is valid as soon as the order is placed.

Yes, we can customize based on the item and the quantity. Our solid brass knurled range can be customized and we have wholesale availability as well.

What is the return Policy?

I gladly accept the return of items in their original condition for a refund. Taxes paid while making the purchase, if any, are NOT refunded. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and MUST send the items to the origin address in INDIA. Please contact me for the return address if there is any confusion
