The string attached to the cover makes it easy to adjust and fit the cover around the tire in a proper, tight way.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
If your cover is exposed to aggressive sun most of the time, it is highly recommended to spray it with a UV Sunblock Fabric Protector spray. These sprays are widely available, and using it will ensure that your cover will not fade.
Your cover absorbs aggressive UV rays that otherwise would be damaging your tire, but as any other black material, it fades under aggressive sunlight, unless your protect it with a sunblock.

Delay in shipping due to mix up at the post office. It's super cute, but I don't think the material is going to hold up in Wisconsin winters. It's very thin and flimsy. I think it's also going to fade quickly in summer sun, so I guess it's wait and see. Worried about a car was as well.
