Julie Ann Smith Designs A DOG and HIS Bone Odd Count Peyote Bracelet Pattern

You are purchasing an odd count peyote digital pattern....NOT THE ITEM IN THE PHOTO!! Knowledge of odd count peyote is needed as no instructions are given within the pattern.

This was my very FIRST bracelet design. I created it waaay back in 2000. I really wasn’t sure what I was doing yet, but to this day, this pattern is a BEST SELLER!

I used size 11/0 Delica beads, 4lb Fire Line fishing line, Miyuki SILVER LINED CRYSTAL AB round seeds (15-1001) for the optional trim and a toggle bar and ring for the closure.

I used 8 different colors for a total of 1493 beads! There are 15 columns and 199 rows.

The finished size of A DOG AND HIS BONE is 3/4 inches wide (which includes the trim) by 6 1/2 inches before adding the clasp.

If you need to make your bracelet longer, just simply continue to use Delica #10 (black) and Delica #200 (white) in the established pattern at each end until you have reached your desired length.

The simple PICOT trim is optional. See the next page for placement.

As of this writing in 2019, I have written over 500 bead patterns. My what 20 years will bring...along with A DOG AND HIS BONE! ENJOY!
