Custom and personalized orders

All orders are customized and printed on demand. Meaning the t-shirt or item the customer orders is not printed until the customer submits order and is paid for.

Please, take the necessary measurements to assure you order the correct t-shirt size. Please, use the sizing charts correctly to determine which is the best size for you. Returns are only accepted if the product is in any way defective or damaged. No returns will be issued if the customer ordered the incorrect size. If the item needs to be returned because of a defect please contact the Etsy Shop Owner to discuss the reason for the return before returning the item.

Care instructions will be found on the garment. IMPORTANT: Please note that due to the solution used during the screen printing process, the garment may have a distinct odor when it arrives. Feel free to wash the garment before wearing. Otherwise, the odor will dissipate within a few days.

Wholesale availability

Does the customer get a tracking number?

Every order will have a tracking number that lets both the customer and seller know in which step of the process the order is and when the item is delivered. Please make sure that you have a place where your order can be delivered safely. The Etsy Owner or Printful are not responsible for stolen or misplaced delivered packages.
