From start to finish, Cvitka was prompt in responding to my queries and requests. Her candles are very striking and I was sure my mother-in-law would appreciate one as a gift. I wasn't wrong. She was impressed by the look/presentation and of course, the high quality keepsake ceramic jar. Now that she's had a chance to light her candle, she absolutely loves the freshness of the fragrance (Sea Salt and Orchid). The wooden wicks are a novelty for her, so the instruction card that Cvitka includes in the package is a useful necessity. I would highly recommend both the seller and her products. Her customer service really is top-notch.

Before purchasing the item, I already had to contact customer service about adding another European country to their shipping list. Cvitka replied promptly and indeed added my country to the list immediately. Subsequent queries were also handled promptly and professionally, so yes, customer service is excellent. The candle was a gift for my sister and even before lighting it, she was already struck by how beautiful it looked. The fragrance, mango and coconut milk is heavenly...I was there when she lit it. We both loved it. The candle came with instructions, which must be followed! This is another example of the seller's attention to detail. All in all, a stellar product and first class customer service.
