If they can’t complete the delivery, your parcel will be safely held at the local post office, and you’ll receive a notice. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates and reaching out to the carrier if there’s any delay or missed delivery. If your package returns to us, we’ll gladly resend it — a small reshipping fee will just apply. Prefer a refund instead? No worries — we’ll simply deduct the original shipping cost.

What if my package is lost and I cannot find it?

All our shipments are fully tracked and insured, so you can shop with peace of mind. In the rare case your package gets lost while in transit, we’ll happily send you a new kit — completely free of charge. No stress, no extra steps. To make sure your delivery goes smoothly, please ensure you have a safe and secure place for your order to be dropped off. Carriers usually deliver right to your mailbox or front door. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, we recommend first checking with family members, neighbors, or your building office, and then contacting the carrier directly for help. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen after delivery,

Our kits are shipped directly from our production studio overseas, usually by direct flight, and each one is made to order to ensure the freshness of your paints and canvas. It takes about 2 days to prepare before shipping — this helps us deliver the highest quality and best painting experience. Many U.S. warehouses source their kits from overseas in bulk and store them for months before shipping, which can lead to dry paints and lower-quality canvas. By sending your kit directly from our studio, we avoid long storage times and make sure you receive a fresh, premium-quality kit every time.

Are these designs ethically sourced from the artist?

Every design you see here is personally created by me, inspired by my love for art, travel, and storytelling through colors. I carefully design each piece to make it both visually beautiful and relaxing to paint. For well-known masterpieces, I make sure they are legally licensed so you can enjoy painting them with complete peace of mind. Can I frame my finished painting?

Yes! You can choose a Ready frame or a DIY wooden frame kit with your order, or frame it later once your painting is dry. Our canvases are designed to fit standard frame sizes, so displaying your finished art is quick and easy.

To keep everything fresh, store your paints at room temperature and make sure the paint pots are tightly sealed when not in use. If your canvas arrives rolled, simply lay it flat or iron the back on low heat (with a cloth on top) before you begin painting.

How long does it take to complete a painting?

That depends on the design and your pace — most customers take 10–20 hours to finish a medium-size piece. The process is calming and meditative, so take your time and enjoy each brushstroke!

Initially the wooden frame was broken due to the delivery process. But the seller is quick to response and send in another one with diy frame. He has also provided instructions on how to set it up and it was easy to follow. The second one received is in great condition. Highly recommended!
