Yes, every map from OnlyCraftUA® is an original, patented creation designed by Serhii Diukarev (Dnipro, Ukraine). Our designs are officially registered and protected under International Industrial Design Registrations DM/221497 and DM/228415 within the WIPO Hague System. The brand name ONLYCRAFT® is also a registered U.S. trademark (USPTO Registration No. 7431753). Each map is part of a protected collection and cannot be legally reproduced or copied.

Customs duties and import taxes

Customs regulations vary by country. In most regions, local import duties or taxes may apply. We want to be completely transparent: For orders to the United States, all customs duties and import taxes are fully covered by us under the Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P.) system — meaning your parcel will arrive to your door with no extra payments required. For other countries (such as the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, etc.), sellers from Ukraine unfortunately cannot prepay customs charges due to export restrictions. If your parcel is subject to customs fees, please pay the amount directly to your local carrier or customs office and send us a photo or copy of the receipt. We will gladly refund 50 % of that cost via Etsy,

My parcel didn’t arrive or got lost — what should I do?

Why does the map seem expensive?

Our pricing includes premium express air delivery from Ukraine, which ensures your order arrives fast and safely. We pay on average $80 – $250 per shipment, depending on parcel size and destination. That’s why our product price already includes shipping — you don’t pay extra at checkout. Most customers receive their maps in just 5–8 business days, compared to 3–5 weeks with economy shipping. We believe fast, insured, and safe delivery is worth it.

The discount was 60 % when I ordered, but now it’s 70 %. Can I get the difference refunded?

Our discount system changes dynamically based on production capacity and seasonal promotions. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can refund the difference. Once the order has been shipped, the price becomes final — discounts are part of our marketing campaigns and may vary over time, just like in physical stores.

Delivery down to the couriers was not good but that was not the issue from UA. They are aware of it and are looking into this. The map is beautifully made and they have been wonderful in their helpfulness to resolve any issues and answered all my queries I had as I have gone along. They obviously pride themselves on what they do and they have made the countries and the ratios so well
