It’s important to understand how my pillowcases/pillows are measured to ensure they meet your needs. Please review the measurement details carefully before purchasing (see listing photos and the ‘IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE’ section below). Most critically, pillowcases are NOT measured flat/unfilled — flat/unfilled dimensions are approximately 0.5” to 1.5” smaller than the listed size, with a possible variance of ±0.5”. If you require the flat/unfilled size to exactly match the selected dimensions, please do not make a purchase from my shop — that is not the product I offer. Additionally, please note that the pillowcase tag and pillow insert tag may not display the same listed size. This is intentional, aligns with the manufacturer’s specifications, and should be expected when shopping from my store. By purchasing from my shop, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the product details above.

I am committed to maintaining American-made production to the best extent possible, but it is essential to note that while my products are designed, printed, assembled, and shipped in the United States, THE BLANKS AND MATERIALS ARE SOURCED GLOBALLY, INCLUDING BOTH THE E.U. AND CHINA. Please do not purchase from my shop if that is an issue. My posters are printed via pigmented archival inks, and my apparel is printed using the direct-to-garment (DTG) method.

Please be aware that, due to my made-to-order approach, I am unable to accommodate returns, cancellations, or exchanges, as outlined in my shop policy. When you purchase an item from my store, I then immediately pay my American-based printer/shipper to produce and send that product. Because I rely on top US printing companies, I have no ability to affect their shipping partners or the addresses to which they can deliver.

Rest assured, my logo and watermark do not appear on the products – only in the product photos. In the rare occasion that you encounter any defects, please include relevant pictures of the issue in your message to expedite a resolution. Kindly note that defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE:
🌟 FULL PILLOW VS. PILLOWCASE ONLY – WHAT TO EXPECT 🌟
This pillow is designed for indoor use only. There are four size options, and you can order either a full pillow (case + insert) or the pillowcase only. For faux suede cases, it is recommended to use inserts that are 2” larger than the cover for a firmer fit. Additionally, my filled decorative pillows (both the spun polyester and faux suede finishes) are intended to be on the firmer side. As a result, the insert you receive will have a larger measurement listed on the tag than the pillowcase size you selected. This is intentional and follows manufacturer specifications.

If you prefer a looser fill or a pillow with sharper corners, I recommend ordering the case only so you can select an insert that best suits your preferences. Unfortunately, I cannot adjust insert fullness. Please note that the zipper opening for the pillow inserts on my cases can be a bit tight, so I recommend waiting to find your own insert to ensure it fits exactly how you want it, if that’s a concern.

Need help finding a suitable insert? Send me a message—I’m happy to help with suggestions! Also, please be aware that the pillowcase and pillow insert will each be individually bagged in plastic. To avoid any choking hazards, please keep them away from pets and children.

📏 UNDERSTANDING PILLOW MEASUREMENTS 📏
Pillow measurements can be tricky! To ensure you get an accurate measurement of the pillowcase you’ll receive, it is measured with an insert inside, using a flexible tailor’s tape measure from side seam to side seam, without compressing the pillow. Please refer to the listing photo for a visual guide on how they’re measured. If anything appears off from what I’ve described, please send me a direct message with a picture or video showing the filled case measured from side seam to side seam with a flexible tape measure, as described. Without this, I won’t have the critical information needed to quickly resolve any issues with my printer. A flat/unfilled measurement won’t accurately capture the final dimensions, so please don’t expect it to exactly match the selected size. If this is a dealbreaker for you, no worries – please shop elsewhere to find exactly what you need. I want you to find exactly what you’re looking for, and if that’s not at my little shop, that’s totally okay. It’s critical to me that you receive exactly what you ordered, as described. 🤔 WHY ARE PILLOWS MEASURED THIS WAY? 🤔
Great question! The extra fabric depth (gusset or allowance) accounts for the 3D nature of the pillowcase, so flat measurements don’t fully reflect the final dimensions until the insert is placed inside. This means the pillow inserts will often be larger than the case size due to the 3D depth. This is standard practice per the manufacturer’s specifications, and I’ve included this info to help set clear expectations.

🚨🚨🚨 IF YOU MEASURE THE PILLOWCASE FLAT AND UNFILLED, IT WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 0.5” TO 1.5” SMALLER THAN THE SELECTED SIZE. THIS IS INTENTIONAL AND PART OF HOW THE PRODUCT IS DESIGNED AND SOLD. IF YOU REQUIRE THE FLAT/UNFILLED PILLOWCASE TO MATCH THE SELECTED SIZE EXACTLY, THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT MEET THOSE NEEDS. 🚨🚨🚨

Size Reference (+/- .5”):
• 14”x14” pillowcase: flat/unfilled approximately between 12.5” - 13.5”
• 16”x16” pillowcase: flat/unfilled approximately between 14.5” - 15.5”
• 18”x18” pillowcase: flat/unfilled approximately between 16.5” - 17.5”
• 20”x20” pillowcase: flat/unfilled approximately between 18.5” - 19.5”

This is in line with manufacturer specifications. If these measurements don’t quite meet your needs, I encourage you to explore other Etsy shops for options that may better suit your preferences. I want to make sure you have all the details so that you can feel confident in your purchase.

Also, because the pillowcase is a pre-constructed item, there may be a slight size variance of +/- 0.5”. This is common in the industry due to machine calibration and production processes. CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean. Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.
