Frosting is made of a polymeric material with fake sprinkles and candy designs.

The lid will be blank (No frosting/Candy). There will NOT be a sprinkle drip only on the top portion of the jar. There will only be the vinyl decal design purchased.

Sprinkle Drip Only:
The lid will be blank (No frosting/Candy). There will be a sprinkle drip only on the top portion of the jar along with the vinyl decal design purchased.

Frosting Top Only:
Only the top lid of the jar will have the frosting/candies. The bottom part of the jar will only have the vinyl decal design purchased. (no frosting drip).

Both Topper & Drip:
The Lid will have frosting & candies, the jar portion will also have a sprinkled drip, along with the vinyl decal design purchased.

NOTE: Quantity and candy pieces/colors will vary. If specific colors or candies are wanted, please reach out and I will try my best to accommodate.

Our items are not dishwasher safe/microwave sage. Even our "Sublimation" items that are printed onto the jar require handwashing. This will keep the longevity of the product.

To care for your item & for best & long lasting use, gentle hand washing w/mild soap (Do not to scrub/soak the design) is highly recommended to preserve the illustration. Immediate drying (pat dry only).

For sublimation items - the item is fully transferred by ink to the item.

For out "vinyl" designs the writing/design on your is made with a strong outdoor durable vinyl that stay completely intact. It is waterproof and can withstand gentle washings of the product.

Be sure to take proper care of your item and follow all cleaning instructions provided with your product.

Turnaround time is between 1-1.5 weeks before shipping. Shipping time varies depending on location.

Within the US almost all items are shipped priority which takes an average of 2-4 business days (not guaranteed as sometimes packages due get delayed)

Items Shipping OUTSIDE the US
Transit times can vary dramatically & cannot guarantee any delivery dates - this is the buyers responsibility to plan accordingly as sometimes items get stuck in customs & in some cases can take up to a month or so.

Packages once they leave the US may not "update" their tracking as it is up to the destination country to update the package once it arrives....some do, some don't.

If your item arrived damaged by the carrier please follow these instructions in order to fix the issue.
1. Reach out within 3 days of the item being delivered.
2. Provide proof of damage: This includes: Damage photo of the item and a photo of the exterior of the box it was shipped in.
3. DO NOT throw away product/box until a resolution has been finalized. This is because some carriers require further inspection during the claim filing process.
**NOTE: FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE STEPS MAY RESULT IN INABILITY FOR REPLACEMENT/REFUND** We as a seller need to file claims with the carrier and they need all these steps following in order to proceed with a resolution.
