During Royal Mail strike dates, there will be delays to ALL deliveries.

We do not dispatch any orders the day before a Royal Mail strike date.

Unfortunately these delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes are beyond our control so all we can do is advise you to order early where you can.

We pride ourselves on using good quality packing materials to keep things protected, but we cannot always control what happens in transit.

All of our greeting cards and gift vouchers are wrapped in cellophane and then placed and posted in hardbacked envelopes. They all have a clear "PLEASE DO NOT BEND" printed on the packaging.

All other items are posted appropriate cardboard smash-proof mailing boxes and then wrapped inside mailing bags. We add bubble wrap where necessary.

UK Orders

For Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class delivery - unfortunately we cannot track the location of your item as this is an untracked service.

For Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Signed For & Tracked 24 Hours - we can use the barcode to find the last scanned location of the item using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service.

International Orders

We do send all International Orders via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For. Using the barcode on the front of your parcel and on our online postal system, we can find the last scanned location of the item using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service.

Royal Mail do aim to try to deliver Tracked & Signed For items to Europe in 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days. All items are fully tracked
