What if the tracking shows the item has been delivered but I haven't received it?

While very rare, in such a case, we will carry out various measures to determine there whereabouts of the item. If the item cannot be discovered, the print can be reordered again with a substantial discount applied. Unfortunately, we don't repost orders when the tracking clearly states delivery has taken place.

Are the delivery dates guaranteed?

The delivery dates are estimates and while they are usually honoured, on rare occasions some items can be delayed.
