I value all your support but please read the following before placing an order.

1. Default free shipping within Canada. If you wish to track your order, you may choose the tracked option at checkout.

2. Refund requests are honoured if you receive a damaged package. Please kindly send me a photo of the product within 2 days of receiving it. If possible, I can also send a replacement.

3. Exchange requests can be made within 14 days of receiving your package and will be processed once I receive the product in good condition. **Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility.

4. All added customs and taxes are buyer’s responsibility.

5. I package items with extreme care but unfortunately delays, damages and lost packages can still happen. I am not responsible for any lost or held packages at your local post office as I have no control over how the package is handled after it has been dispatched. If you receive a damaged item, please refer to #2.
