Sandblasted Grapewood Trunk Large – Air Plant Holder, Terrarium Driftwood Style Decor

This listing is for a single grapewood trunk.

SIZE: Approx 6” with a nice sized diameter. These are our more premium pieces that we have had sandblasted and thoroughly cleaned.

DESCRIPTION: Perfect for medium to large sized air plants. These are hand cut and cleaned. Your jaw will drop when you see the personality and quality of our Grapewood. We hand pick the branches that we sell. These are more robust than you are going to find on any other Etsy listing. This is because we work with specific wineries in Northern California who don’t get rid of their vines until they are over 100 years old. Most of our grapewood comes from Napa and Lodi. These branches have been cleaned, heat treated, and lightly tumbled so that there are no rough edges. These are not treated with pesticides and can be used in terrariums.

These look great on a kitchen windowsill or on a work desk. Many people use these in their terrariums and aquariums. They also make unique gifts for the “hard to shop for” person in your life.

NOTE: Be aware that these are natural vine trunks, so every piece is completely unique. You will NOT receive the exact trunks in the listing photos, but they will be very similar to what is pictured. We hand select only the nicest pieces to send. You can look through some of the review photos to get ideas of what others have received.

This listing is for the wood only. Air plants are not included unless specified in the variant selection.

These are natural items, and even though we heat treat the wood before sending, we do NOT use any kind of pesticides, so from there forward you will need to keep an eye on the wood for any potential bugs that might be attracted to it. We are not responsible for any insect issues once the wood leaves our hands. The pieces all get heated to an internal temp of 175 degrees minimum. The reason we don't use pesticides is so that you are able to safely use these in terrariums with other small animals and insects.
