First, the stools are lovely and extremely comfortable. Martin workmanship is outstanding. These aren't mass produced chairs. The walnut frame is well made with attention to detail and the beautiful wood is highlighted by the shaping. Second, Martin's customer service was exceptional. He was very responsive. He not only sent samples and pictures but also patiently answered our many, many questions. We were struggling to ensure the stools matched other upholstered items and Martin helped us there too. The chairs were extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition so Martin did a great job with that too.
