What is the processing time for orders?

The processing time varies per product and stock availability, and mainly depends on the intricacy of the product. Since most of our products are custom made- that includes machine and hand embroidery, dyeing and stitching, it can take about 1-3 weeks for your product to be ready. However, we like to dispatch every product as early as possible, and for simpler orders we try to dispatch it within 1 week.

Can your products be customized?

Yes. Most of our products can be customized. Our customizations include color, size, design, patterns and we also do hand embroidery and machine embroidery. If you need any customizations, please drop us a convo before placing the order.

Do you make outfits for Men?

Yes, we do make Indian wear for men. If you need matching or complimentary outfits for men, that's totally possible. We make sherwanis, kurtas, jackets and pants for men.

Sizing details for Blouse

All our blouses are true to size. Please measure the fullest part of your chest/ bust in inches and choose your 'Chest Size' from the drop-down menu accordingly. We are happy to make blouses to your custom measurements; please send us your recent measurements. You can also message us for a measurements chart and we will send it to you. Also we keep an inseam of about 2 inches on each side of the blouse (4 inches in total) and also on the sleeves. If you want to loosen/ tighten the blouse later, it is easily possible by taking it to a local tailor.

Our garments are all on a made-to-order basis, specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations, returns and refunds.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & TARRIFS

To USA: We ship in DDP mode. Which means all duties and tariffs will be paid by us before shipping. You will not be charged anything during delivery. To UK: If order value is less than or equal to 135 GBP, Etsy collects the taxes during purchase. If order value is greater than 135 GBP, duties will be collected by the courier service provider during delivery. To EU Countries: If order value is less than or equal to 150 EUR, Etsy collects the taxes during purchase. If order value is greater than 150 EUR, taxes/duties will be collected by the courier service provider during delivery. For any other country duties/ tariffs /taxes will be as applicable. Blouse was ordered size 42 but can closer to 38. Sequins are poorly sewn and cut skin on all seams that touch skin. I filled complaint. Response back was there is no sequins on blouse and I can open up blouse to get to size 42. Blouse had edge stitch and then one row stitched an inch in. I took that row out like they said and the blouse isn’t even sewn evenly. The edges don’t line up!
