What if I put an incorrect shipping address on my order?

Please notify me right away if this happens! Once the order is shipped, I am not responsible for the item sent to the wrong address, and the buyer will need to pay any additional fees for sending out a new item.

All adult sashes run about 60"-72" depending on the saying. and child sash runs around 38"-42". If you need it to be smaller or longer, please indicate this in your notes section at checkout and I will size it to how long you would like it to be!

Custom and personalized orders

Yes I can customize the saying to whatever you would like! If you like a font in my listing, just order that, and either in the personalization or notes at checkout type in the saying you would like instead! Or you can direct message me that you would like to customize the saying on your sash and I will create a custom listing for you! Whichever way is easier and less confusing!

When you receive your package for the sash, it will be a little creased due to shipping. You can remove the creases by setting your iron to low/medium and iron it back in forth from the back of the sash ( with letters facing down). Repeat until all creases are removed!

During this time, with COVID protocols, the postal service is experiencing delays and longer shipping times than what is estimated on Etsy. First class mail and priority mail are not guaranteed shipping. Only Priority express mail is guaranteed delivery. I am not responsible for any delays due to the postal service. If the item is personalized, I cannot accept any returns. If you need it by a certain time, please message me to let me know exactly when you would need it by and I will do my best to get it to you by then! So sorry in advance for any inconvenience this may cause anyone!
