PRINTING PROCESS


All our designs are printed on 300gsm textured card stock using our top of the range photographic printers with a 12 ink cartridge system and the highest quality pigment inks to create the most vibrant and perfect print possible

Measurement: Approximately 15 x15cm

We are also able to print a message inside the card at no extra cost, making your card even more special.

✓ PACKING PROCESS

We aim to dispatch your card within 1-3 working days after payment and personalisation details have been received - Please double check your spelling before proceeding to the payment page

An envelope is included with your card which is then carefully packaged in a cellophane sleeve to ensure extra protection throughout transit. It is then carefully sealed in a "do not bend" hard backed envelope ready and waiting for when our courier collects your order .

***INTERNARIONAL ORDERS T&Cs ***



We offer 2 international delivery services, standard delivery and Tracked and Signed.

The cost of standard delivery is £3 (additional item + £1) this has no tracking facility and no compensation for damaged or lost items. We CANNOT be held responsible for items that have been damaged or lost in transit using this service. It is at the buyers own risk to select and use this service, by doing so the buyer accepts that we, the seller, have no responsibility for the item once it has been dispatched. This has a delivery estimate of 6-7 working days, however due to delays at customs and general postal delays that can occur. Delivery can take up to 28 days.

The cost of Tracked and Signed service is £8 (additional item + £1) this service offers the buyer more protection from lost and damaged items with compensation of up to £50 should your item arrived damaged or be classed as lost.
Please note that the delivery estimate is 7-10 business days, however Royal Mail state that they will only class an item as lost after 28 business days have passed since the last estimated delivery date.
(for example item ordered on Monday 1st will have an estimated delivery date of 8th – 10th. The very last day the item could arrive before being classed as lost will be the 14th of the next month. It is only after this day will compensation be awarded for a lost item)
