Shipping

We will ship these beams via Parcelforce on a tracked service, unfortunately we don't ship to areas classed as a Remote with Parcelforce ( Highlands - Islands - Northern Ireland - Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man)

* Failed delivery: It is your responsibility to ensure you or someone is available on the day of delivery. If our courier attempts the delivery within the time window and nobody was home, this 
will result in a failed delivery charge.
* Damages / Faults: at the point of delivery, if there is significant packaging damage then you may either; 1. refuse the order, or 2. accept the order and sign as unchecked making sure you 
and the driver take a photograph. This will cover you in the eventuality where the product may be damaged inside. If the packaging is pristine and the product is damaged / faulty please 
contact us within 48 hours ensuring photographs of the defects can be provided. We will then ensure a part or full replacement is arranged.
* Returns: As these are custom handmade shelves to your specific needs, they are non-returnable. If their is nothing wrong with the shelf and it is a simple change of mind then we cannot accept this back as a return, we do apologise if this causes any inconvenience but as it is handmade to your size and colour, we cannot just sell this back on to another customer.
