Refunds and Exchanges

Since all my products are digital download files and there is no way to tell if they have been printed or not, no refunds will be given. I will however do everything possible to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.I aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?

►As soon as your payment is complete (normally takes just a few moments) you simply go to YOU at the top right corner of ETSY home page then PURCHASES and REVIEWS and there you will find your order & beside it " Download " you will be able to download your files by clicking on the DOWNLOAD FILES button. ►If you purchased an item as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. ► Digital downloads can be downloaded through computer browser or mobile web browser. What is .zip file and how to open it?

A .zip file is a collection of one or more files or images, but is compressed into a single file for easy transportation and compression. Most of our artworks come in different size ratios so we compress them into a single .zip file. To open the .zip file and have access to your prints, double-click on it and let your computer show you the folders and files contained inside. In most operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS, ZIP files are handled internally, without the need for any extra software.

When will I have access to my files?

Immediately after checkout. After checkout, go to 'Your Account' > 'Purchases & Reviews' > 'Purchases' > 'Download Files'

Where can I print my newly bought artwork?

1. Print from home. 2. Get it printed at a local print store like Staples, Costco or Walmart. 3. Upload your files to an online shop like TargetPhoto.com, Shutterfly.com, Printdropper.com, Snapfish.com, MPix.com or whcc.com you can search the web which one is the best for you.

Printing and framing services

I do not offer printing and framing services. All of my shop items are 100% digital downloads.

Commercial vs Personal Use
