1. WHAT YOU ORDER

2. HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose your design and complete your purchase.
2. Your file will be available for download as soon as Etsy Payments processes your transaction.
!important: If you use Etsy app, you will not be able to download ordered files from it. In order to download a file, log in to your Etsy account in the browser on your phone, tablet or laptop and go to Purchases.
3. Download file from your purchase. In the file you will find links for editing your templates in Canva, and a short guide.
4. Сhoose what you want to edit and click on link.
5. Once you are redirected to the template page, click the "Use Template" button.
6. If you already have a canva account, the template will open in it and you can
start editing it. If you don't already have an account, you will be prompted to
register a free Canva account.
7. Edit your template, all changes will be save in your canva automaticaly.
8. Tap the Export icon from the editor menu bar. Tap Download. On the dropdown, choose a file type for your download:
- for electronic use, select PNG or JPG
- for printing, select PDF Print, tick checkboxes Flatten PDF and Crop marks and bleed.
Tap Download.


3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We only supply digital templates in Canva. No physical item will be shipped nor printed. We do not send these files/templates to your email. It is the customer's responsibility to download your own files.
