The item arrived quickly, and the customer service was exceptional. The item looks well-made and the photo looks amazing. My only concern is I forgot to ask if the photo could be on the right side of the handle or left..? I am still ok with it being on the left side because the recipient is left handed so it looks strange to me but it works out anyway. Highly recommend this shop.
