Coffee Mixed Textures, a bundle of four 1/4 yard pieces, each a different texture wool (plaids and/or stripes), all overdyed with the same color. 100% new wool, overdyed with a rich dark chocolate brown color. Total amount of wool is 1 yard. Each fat quarter is approximately 30” x 16”, but may vary slightly as each type of wool shrinks slightly differently in the dyeing process. The dye process is an abrash and results in a mottled effect with light and dark areas to provide some “movement” in the solid hooked areas of a rug. Wool fabric for rug hooking or penny rugs, applique, etc.

I dye mostly in small batches of 1 yard increments, with the mixed textures all pieces are dyed at the same time. Additional wool of the same color can be replicated if you need more, albeit a different dye lot which may or may not have slight differences but it will blend with a previous piece. And with the mixed textures it may be a different set of textures of the same color.
