To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account". Go to "Purchases and reviews". Next to the order, select Download Files. ➡ If you don't see a download button, click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order. It is highly recommended to download your files immediately and to save them onto a personal device. To download the high resolutions files, open the individual file you need and do a direct download by clicking the download button. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 right click and save the image shown on your screen as this will only save a low resolution preview version of the image that will not be able to be printed. Download each image file individually 𝐔𝐍𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒 you are familiar with extracting compressed zip files from folders.
