We offer one free font swap with each order, so if you don't like the font on a particular design, you can select one from another design. To do this; order your selected design, and in the personalization field, make a note that you would like the font from the other design. Each design is assigned a number at the end of the item title. Here is an example of how you would enter your personalization plus font request:

Our items are delicate and can be bounced around in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please send us a message ASAP, along with a photo of the damage. Once we review the damage, we will get a replacement in the works for you, and will update your order with an additional tracking number when it ships.

All items ship directly from production, so unfortunately they cannot be gift wrapped. BUT, we can add a gift message to the packing slip (which will not have pricing information).

If a proof is purchased, the customer is responsible for reviewing and correcting the proof for any mistakes. While we do copy/paste the information you provide into our designs, it doesn't always transfer properly and mistakes happen. It is important to check all spelling, punctuation, names, addresses and zip codes for accuracy. Once the proof is approved and the order has been produced, any changes will result in a fee, depending on the order type.
