Each item in my store is made to order especially for you. Most items ship in 5-7 business days, however, orders placed during the holiday season may face extended production time. Please refer to each item for current expected production times.

While I would love to be able to guarantee shipping time frames, I am unable to do so. If you need your item on a certain date please contact me before you place your order. We are happy to create a custom listing for you with the shipping method most likely to get to you on time. We do not offer returns or refunds based on shipping times. Keep in mind that especially during the holidays shipping can take longer than normal or be delayed. I do my best to drop packages off at the post office the same day that I print the labels, however, my local post office is notorious for not scanning every package. That said, if your package shows that a label was printed but not scanned, please give it a day or two to get a scan.

Wholesale availability

We are able to offer wholesale on many of our items. We require a $200 opening minimum order for wholesale. If you are interested in wholesale pricing please reach out to us. We do not allow our items to be sold online, we only sell to brick-and-mortar wholesale applicants.

Custom and personalized orders

We LOVE custom orders. If you see an item you like but would like a different finish or size please reach out to us. We'd love to work together to make the perfect item for YOU. We are also happy to discuss items with different artwork, or a totally new creation. We have an industrial laser cutter, sublimation, and vinyl equipment in house which gives us a wide variety of options to create the custom piece of your dreams.

All of our wooden items are currently made from Birch plywood, but getting the same wood consistently has been challenging over the last 2 years. For that reason orders placed a year ago may not use identical wood to those made today. We use high-quality paint and stain on all of our items. Each item is sealed with a water-based clear coat to ensure beauty for years to come. All of our items are designed to be used indoors as our clear coat is not waterproof. That said, we have had success using some items on our covered porch in areas where no rain, hail, sleet, or snow ever come in direct contact with it. That said, we cannot guarantee that any of our items will hold up outdoors.

Lost/Undelivered Packages

If you believe that your package is lost or hasn't been delivered within a reasonable amount of time, please reach out to us. We are happy to assist with filing the necessary forms with the USPS to locate the package. We require that all lost or undelivered packages be reported to us within 90 days of the ship date. This allows us time to work within the 120 day USPS window for tracking numbers. Once 120 days have passed the tracking number is no longer valid and USPS can recycle the number to use again. At this point, there is nothing we can do to track down the package and no refunds or replacements will be given.

Missing Items in Delivered Packages

If you receive a package and it is missing items please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. If there is any damage to the package please do NOT dispose of the packaging. Take a photo of the damaged packaging and send it to us and we will file a claim with the post office - however, sometimes they require that you return the package with the damaged packaging so it is super important to hold onto that. If an item was left out of your package on our end, we will send out a new one ASAP. We require that the missing item is reported within 7 days of delivery.
