Return/Exchange Policy

Certified Vintage Fur Policy-All Sales Final CERTIFIED VINTAGE FURS are SPECIALTY ITEMS and CANNOT be returned. No cash or credit card refunds. EXCHANGE ONLY within 3 days of purchase in unworn condition with original tags attached. Exchanges must be an item of the same dollar amount of original purchase price or greater. No Exchanges on Sale Items. 20% Restocking Fee, and/or Cleaning Fee will be accessed upon any item received for exchange or return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Hats, Scarves, Gloves and Leather Goods Policy -All Sales Final Fur Hats, Scarves, Gloves and Leather Goods are Specialty Items and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No cash or credit card refunds.

Domestic Orders: We ship via USPS with Tracking, Insurance, and Signature Confirmation. Please track your package so you know your delivery date and be available to receive your shipment. If you would like to add USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS for Domestic USA orders only, please message us, and purchase the USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS Icon. There is an extra charge for USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS. International Orders: We ship via USPS Priority International with Tracking and Insurance. International Buyers are responsible for customs, import, or duty fees when purchasing. During Holiday Season Rush, please note that you may experience a delay due to USPS, UPS, or other high volume freight service shipping delay.

30 Day Layaway is available on select non sale merchandise. We require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit at time of order and the Balance Due must be paid in full within 30 days. Deposits and payments are Non-Refundable. Payments for Layaway purchases will be made through our Etsy shop, or we will email you an invoice through our credit card processor. We will create a special link for you to make your payments. We do not hold merchandise without a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit. During Layaway your fur coat will be kept in our furriers cold storage vault, and shipped to you after payment in full is received. We cannot ship our Certified Vintage Furs to China or Italy due to import restrictions. China prohibits the import of used clothing. Italy prohibits the import of fur and leather products. This is a Lunaraine Mink Jacket by Anne Klein Designer. The Lunaraine Mink pelts are soft and supple. The color is a medium pastel brown. There is a wing collar, and plain open cuff. There are furrier wire hook and eye closures. There are two side pockets. It is lined with a brown silk and bemberg. This Lunaraine Mink Jacket has been well maintained by the previous owner and kept in furriers cold storage vault and cleaned and glazed regularly. It is in excellent, unused condition.
