Custom Requests:
I currently do not accept custom requests, including any alterations or edits to existing designs.

Digital File Delivery:
This is a digital file only, and no physical item will be shipped. Your digital file will be automatically emailed to the address linked to your Etsy account. If you don’t receive the email, you can access your file through your Etsy purchase history. Please remember, downloads are accessible from a browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.).

Included Formats:
Your purchase includes an SVG, DXF, and PNG file. If you need to convert to any other format, please use the free service at Convertio.com.

SVG FILES: SVG-formatted designs can be resized and layered as needed. Some designs with intricate details may need to be sized up to ensure the best cutting results on your machine.

PNG VERSIONS: For those who need the PNG version, you can change the color of any SVG using software like Photoshop, Canva, Inkscape, or Illustrator, and then save it as a PNG. Please note that I do not provide this as a service.

TERMS OF USE

- Digital Resale: Files and elements created by The Blank Pineapple are not available for digital resale.
- No Alterations: Files cannot be altered except to add a name or monogram. Please do not copy or create similar items to avoid these policies. Designs should remain in their original format.
- Usage Limits: These files are for personal and limited commercial use, allowing up to 100 end-product sales.
- No Sharing or Gifting: Files may not be gifted, shared, or resold.
- No Printed Transfers: Files cannot be used to create printed transfers, including Screen Prints, Sublimation, HTV, DTF, etc.
- No 3rd Party Printing Services: Files are not to be used with third-party printing services such as Printify, Printful, etc.

Support:
I’m happy to help with any questions regarding the file itself, but please note that technical support is not provided. When purchasing a digital download, it’s expected that you’re familiar with downloading and using the image for your project.
