🌺How to Personalise Your Order🌺

To personalise your design please enter the information shown above the personalisation box. The following information is needed Name, DOB, Number of early or late days if applicable, Weight, Time, Parent/s names, Hospital & Coming home address. The rest of the facts will be researched by myself so no need to add those details to the personalisation. If you do want to add any extra details to the print please let me know and I can add it for you.

Please note that if ordering outside of the UK the facts for milk, monarch and number one song will all change to reflect the factual information from your country. E.g The Monarch will change to president & milk will change to the price per gallon if ordering to the United States.

If there is information missing from the order then there may be delays in sending your order out to you. However I will do my best to get it to you for the delivery time advertised.

🌺Sizing options🌺

Digital print – Saved as a high-quality PNG File that can be printed in any size. If you are after a specific size then please request this on your order. All digital prints are sent within 48 hours.

A4 print - approx. 11.7" x 8.3" or 21cm x 30cm

A5 print - approx. 8.3" x 5.8" or 15cm x 18cm

A4 Framed print Black, White & Wood – 9.5" x 13" or 24cm x 33cm.

A5 Framed print Black, White & Wood – 6.25" x 7" or 16cm x 21cm.

**Please note that the frames displayed on my listing are stock images to show what the print can look like framed. No mount/mat is included within this frame. Images of the frames I use can be seen within my reviews and if needed I can send over what they look like prior to purchase.**

🌺Proof/Draft Before Printing🌺

Previews of your print are not automatically sent to you. If you require a preview then please send me a message via ETSY messages or an email and I will make sure to send over a preview for you before sending the item out. I offer 3 complimentary revisions to address any spelling corrections or minor adjustments.

Please note that once and image has been created and a preview sent to you then no refund or order cancellation can take place.

🌺Order Processing Time🌺

Once your order has been place I will create and send it out to you within 2 business days. During busy periods such as mothers day, Christmas Etc. this timeline may change to allow me time to create everyone's order.

If you have requested a preview I will wait 48 hours to hear back from you before shipping your order. The sooner you respond then the quicker the order can be sent. If I dont hear back within that timeframe then the order will be sent out as the version that has been sent to you as a preview.

🌺Delivery Timeframe🌺

When making a purchase, Etsy offers the most precise delivery estimates based upon my processing times and expected delivery durations to your location. Please make sure to check this if you are an international customer.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 & 2nd class post is used to ship orders within the UK. The estimated delivery for this is 2-3 business days. All print only orders are sent 2nd class and all framed orders are sent tracked. At the checkout, you can choose between next-day special delivery which arrived before 1pm or Royal Mail 1st Class which takes 1-2 days to arrive.

Royal Mail International Tracked is used to ship orders from overseas. The most precise estimate will be given at checkout for international orders, as shipping times differ by country. Before completing your purchase, please double-check this information.

Please note that all tracked orders can be followed through the purchases section on your ETSY account or through the dispatch email sent by ETSY. Please make sure to check on the status so that you dont miss the delivery. If the item is sent back to me due to a missed delivery or collection the you will need to repay the postage for it to be re-sent. This is also the case for incorrect addresses.

🌺Returns🌺
Due to the product being personalised I not be able to issue a refund, unless the item has arrived with you damaged. If the item is incorrect due to myself then a replacement will be sent immediately. If you order is damaged please let me know within 7 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to accept returns once the 30 days have passed.
