I generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products. Please read ingredients carefully before purchasing.

For mail-damaged items, please notify and inc photos immediately.

I absolutely take custom orders; for the standard sizes, the price will not be different than any of the listed ones for the similar items. For larger/different/bulk orders, we will discuss the ingredients and come to a reasonable agreement.

Essential oils are 100% all natural oils that are distilled from the product they represent. For instance, Lemon Essential Oil is distilled via vapor distillation from natural lemons. We use body safe therapeutic grade or food grade essential oils only.

Natural Fragrance is a composition of natural ingredients (oils, resins, etc), crafted/blended by humans. So rather than being a single raw scent, it's a mixture to create a new scent, or mimic a favourite scent. We use high grade non irritant natural fragrances only.

Fragrance is a synthetic scent, crafted expertly in a lab to give us scents that don't occur strictly in nature or can't be crafted with all natural ingredients. We use high grade body safe fragrance only.

Have an allergy to an ingredient? Dislike the scent of lavender but love the rest? Want to add a little something special?

Well no problem! If you contact me pre-purchase, or even before it's been shipped, and just let me know that you're interested in purchasing X PRODUCT but you have an allergy to X INGREDIENT, I'll provide you with a list of things that can be alternated ( for instance, almond oil for coconut oil, grapeseed, sunflower, etc ) and we can adjust the formula to ensure you can use the product with no problem!

There is no extra cost for alternate-ingredient swaps.

Extra ingredients, for instance you'd like to add rose to a product that doesn't have rose, there will be a charge for adequate cost of ingredient.

Please be aware of the laws of owning and using herbs within your state. Some states allow us to ship just about anything to you, but others disallow you to use them with intent of ingesting.

We provide tracking numbers for all packages sent out. Unfortunately shipping issues can occur within the USPS system and theft does occur.

If an item did not arrive but your tracking number says it did, USPS suggests to file a police report and a theft claim.

We cannot replace or refund items that were stolen. If your item says delivered but you don’t have it we’re happy to discuss the appropriate steps you can take going forward.

If item is never received and remains undelivered, we file an insurance claim with USPS and we’re happy to resend your item.

While being an herbalist, I can offer no medical advice - I cannot diagnose you, I cannot treat your ailments. I can educate you on the properties of herbs, and you are welcome to make choices for yourself. I can offer knowledge on what herbs have been used for medicinally, but this is not a replacement for a Doctors Diagnosis.

I list the known properties of herbs, both traditionally in medicine and for ritual practice to provide you with the knowledge - not as a claim.

The things I create and sell are based on the uses and traditional methods of herbalism as well as ritual magic - this does not imply a cure.

Herbal medicine is not a replacement for modern medication.

First and foremost please check the times on the estimated send out and arrival dates of the item.

Generally we pack and ship and Mondays and Tuesdays - occasionally Wednesdays if holidays are happening.

If you need your item expressly packed and shipped, please message directly.

All items are home and hand made. We take extra care to keep a clean working space - especially during these times. We clean with soap and water as well as disinfectant - including packing materials when possible.

We live in a smoke free environment, but do have a dog. The work room is a self contained environment where the dog is not allowed to go - it’s a room with a closing door.

We take extreme care to not allow ingredients to cross contaminate, but please alert us if you have any severe allergies as we will double wash the work area for safety.

Items are produced in a facility that works with: milk products, nut products, soy, and many plants/herbs/flowers.
