Custom and personalised orders

I am happy about custom and personal orders. Normally it takes 2-3 days to complete the custom order after all details are agreed upon. Please, convo me directly to check whether there are formed several orders.

You can find all the details about sizes in each item's description. If you need the same design, but a different size, convo me, and I will adapt it to your needs. Otherwise, I have a length extender for the necklaces in my shop if necessary. If you have more questions about size or need additional photos, let me know and I will send it ASAP.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I send every item with a separate gift box with the AudraTextileStudio logo. If you do not need the gift boxes, please add a private note when placing an order and we will save the planet together. The LuxuryGiftBoxes are available for additional price. If you want to add a special personalized message, you can add a gift message option to a cart.

You will receive your necklace accompanied by with flyer, a gift box with the AudraTextileStudio logo, and a special light textile envelope to keep your accessory safe while traveling.

Ready-to-ship items get sent 24 hours after the payment is received. All items are shipped by the registered priority mail with the registration number for tracking. The shipment time will highly depend on your location and the local post service - please contact me if you need a rough estimation (can vary a lot, only DHL can guarantee a delivery date).
