TEXON X8R FOR TOE PUFF / HEEL COUNTER
Product Description:
A range of recyclable thermoplastic extruded film materials which depending on the grade used, produce toes that are either soft and flexible or firm and extremely resilient. They all have excellent shape retention in wear. They are quick, clean and easy to use.
Material Composition:
A blend of thermoplastic ethylene copolymers laminated to a fabric backer and coated with a hot-melt adhesive on the surface.
Adhesive Coating:
The Texon X8R series materials are available with an EVA hot melt adhesive only.
Suggested Footwear Applications:
268R/0.33-0.43mm /Ladies', lightweight footwear, sport shoes.
368R/0.40-0.5mm/Ladies' and men's casual and fashion shoes.
418R/0.50-0.61mm/Wear, string and force lasted lightweight shoes.
518R/0.73-0.85mm/Men's footwear and ladies' boots.
968R/0.98-1.10mm/ Heavy men's athletic/leisure boots.
Heat Activation: Hot Air using a heat gun.
