Skull with Cracked Earth Bases - 40mm round bases x5 Set A - Resin

A set of 5 round 40mm figure bases featuring our skull and parched earth theme. Ideal post apocalyptic, grimdark or fantasy bases - you get TWO of each base.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) These products are Cast Resin, not 3D printed
2) These are not finished products and will require some modelling knowledge. You may need to clean up any flash marks, sand or flatten the base, clean off any mould release agent prior to priming and painting. Please use a facemask to avoid dust if sanding.
3) Warping - some bases may warp due to temperature or other items pressing on them. This is common. You can warm up your base with a hair dryer, on a radiator, in the sun or hot water. Bend back into shape then cool down with cold water until the base has retained its flat shape.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:
The masters for these bases are 3d sculpted and printed on a very high quality 3d printer (A Form3 laser printer) at highest resolution , resulting in exceptional detail.

We make our moulds from silicon which is degassed and moulded under pressure to ensure no surface bubbles are caught in the moulds. We discontinue our moulds when they start to deteriorate so you can be sure of great casts every time.

We use a durable 2 part epoxy resin to make the final casts, and again this process is carried out under pressure of about 4 bar to minimise bubbles. Our resin may come in a variety of colours depending on the current batch being used.

There will be some mould flash where the silicon is cut to allow release of the castings, which will need to be cleaned up before painting.
