Dispatch will be made via 2nd class Royal Mail within 3 working days of purchase. I post everyday, including Saturdays. I do not currently post on a Bank Holiday.

International postage is made via International Standard mail. Parcels may be sent via a tracked service if higher in value. International shipping is currently only available in selected countries. If you would like further information please get in touch.

It may be possible to combine shipping costs for multiple orders (3 items or more), but this depends on the weight, size and destination of each parcel - please contact me if you have any queries about your order or the shipping costs.

International customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries. Lavender products are not available for international shipping.

International parcels may be delayed by the Customs process and once a parcel is shipped it is out of our control.

Parcels will be dispatched to the address given at the time order. I am not responsible for the loss of parcels sent to an incorrect address given at time of order. After your order is shipped to an international address you will be sent an electronic copy of the delivery address parcel label to confirm the delivery address the item is being sent to and that it matches the address given at time of order.

International orders will only be classed as lost in transit once 8 weeks has past since time of dispatch. If an international order has not arrived after 8 weeks please get in touch so I can look into resolving the situation for you. If you report your international order as not arrived before 8 weeks since dispatch, though everything will be done to help, it may be that your parcel is still in transit, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Once an order has arrived in America, I am unable to contact USPS as the sender and the details for a parcel will need to be gained from USPS by the buyer using their US Mainland Zip Code. Any none arrival must be reported before 8 weeks, after which time no action can be taken by the sender. After 8 weeks, if no contact is made, no refunds or replacements can be offered for a non arrived international item.
