Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Most items are eligible for return. Please notify me within 7 days of delivery for an equal exchange or full refund of the merchandise cost. Items must be shipped back to The Heart Department within 14 days of delivery. Because of the nature of some products, please note that we cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear, digital downloads, custom or personalized products. Please assure that your ETSY shipping address on the checkout page is correct. All packages are shipped using either First Class mail or USPS Priority 1-3 day (if you upgrade at checkout). Priority shipping includes $50 of insurance and tracking information, but DOES NOT require a signature at delivery.

Yes and no.
We currently don't provide engraving service on our products. However, we can customize the groove slant, width, depth, colors painted on our products at no extra charge! It's great if you know the color number by the manufacturer.

Our card holders are made with slot from 1/8" to 5/8" to accommodate various quantities of paper (and material). Please note any events held outdoors may be exposed to environmental circumstances beyond our control such as strong winds therefore requiring additional attention when setting up for outdoor events.

Our place card holders can generally hold between 80#-360# cover card stock with recommended paper dimension up to 5"x 7". We suggest a range of 110# - 165# heavy card stock for 5"x 7". Any paper/material larger than 5"x 7" is not recommended.

Our clipboards can accomodate prints in any paper weight up to 8.5x11.
